Applies to purchases and visits on nursingscholar.

1. Unified refund rules

nursingscholar uses the 3DIMLI refund workflow and incorporates the 3DIMLI Refund Policy. The platform policy governs eligibility checks, access suspension, seller review, records, and gateway processing unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

2. When a digital-product refund may be considered

A request is normally eligible for consideration only when all relevant conditions are met:

  • It is submitted through the official 3DIMLI refund process within 7 calendar days of purchase.
  • The product has not been downloaded, accessed, used, or otherwise consumed.
  • There is a valid issue such as a defective or corrupted product, material misdescription, missing promised content, failed delivery, or another right provided by law.
  • The buyer supplies the order details and reasonable evidence needed to assess the issue.

A change of mind, a disclosed compatibility issue, user error, or a request after download/access is generally not refundable unless the seller voluntarily agrees or applicable law requires a remedy.

3. Services and booking cancellations

The listing's disclosed cancellation, rescheduling, attendance, and fulfilment terms apply to bookings and services. If no special term is shown, contact the store promptly before the scheduled time. Mandatory cancellation rights are unaffected.

4. Request and processing

  • Submit the request from the relevant purchase or order page and include the reason and evidence.
  • Product access may be suspended while the request is reviewed.
  • The seller is expected to respond within the time stated by the 3DIMLI policy; platform automation may apply when a response deadline is missed.
  • Approved refunds are sent through the original eligible payment gateway. Bank, gateway, and currency-conversion processing times are outside the store's control.
  • Gateway or conversion fees may be non-refundable where the payment provider does not return them.

5. Duplicate, unauthorised, and failed payments

Report a duplicate charge, unauthorised payment, charged-but-failed order, or materially incorrect amount promptly. The store or 3DIMLI may request gateway evidence, suspend delivery, and coordinate with the payment provider while the transaction is investigated.

Do not submit simultaneous refund and chargeback claims for the same amount without disclosing both. A payment provider may control chargeback evidence, deadlines, currency conversion, and final settlement.

6. Effect of an approved refund

  • Access, download rights, booking entitlement, and the associated licence may be revoked or terminated for the refunded item.
  • You must stop using and, where applicable, delete refunded digital content unless law or the seller expressly permits continued use.
  • A partial refund affects only the refunded item, licence, quantity, or service portion identified in the decision.
  • Refund records may be retained for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute, and legal requirements.

7. Help with a refund

Contact store support with the order ID and issue details, or use the 3DIMLI refund conversation attached to the purchase.

This policy does not restrict any consumer remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
